Dalmatia is located along the coast of the Croatian Adriatic Coast and is generally divided into 3 parts. ?Zadar is the capital of Northern Dalmatia,? the Central region is famous for its ancient Roman city of? 3. Gregada and Pa?ticada? Gregada, a fisherman’s dish from Island Hvar, can be described as a soup and the main course all in one. 4. Plavac Mali or Po?ip? That is the question! The answer depends on your preferences for red or white wine. Many of the best wines come from Dalmatia.

5. Fritule or Ro?ata – Fritule appear as small doughnuts and have a distinct taste thanks to raisins and a splash of rakija (grappa) in the dough. ?While Ro?ata is a? cooked cream dessert similar to a creme caramel, made from eggs, milk and caramelized sugar.
