STOP – at the GREEN MARKET -The ‘Belly of Split’ Here we’ll taste prosciutto and pancetta with home-baked ‘peka’ bread, local cheeses, and a grappa or two! STOP – Tasting of ‘Soparnik‘, an old Dalmatian specialty protected by UNESCO STOP – Tasting of a seafood platter including salted anchovies and octopus, two types of handmade pasta dishes, and red and white local vintages.
