STOP – at the GREEN MARKET -The ‘Belly of Split’ Here we’ll taste prosciutto and pancetta with home-baked ‘peka’ bread, local cheeses, and a grappa or two! STOP – Tasting of ‘Soparnik‘, an old Dalmatian specialty protected by UNESCO STOP – Tasting of a seafood platter including salted anchovies and octopus, two types of handmade pasta dishes, and red and white local vintages. STOP – Finally you will taste some delicious artisan gelato, so creamy with real fruit!.

MEETING POINT FOR SPLIT SLOW FOOD AND CULTURAL TOURS Usually we meet at the crossing of the Riva promenade and Hrvojeva street (by the south-east tower of the Diocletian Palace. Look for a guide with an orange cooking spoon! But this can be arranged according to the guests’ wishes.
